My name is Ashley Cole. I have lived in the Alexandria area with my husband for 10 years. We have two boys, ages 7 & 8. We live on a hobby farm with goats, chickens, pigs, dogs, and cats. I enjoy taking care of both my flower and vegetable gardens. My favorite place to be is outdoors with my family. When I am not working or with family, I can usually be found enjoying a
good book.

My wellness journey started when I decided to pursue a career in medicine. My career path changed in college, but my fascination and curiosity with whole body wellness did not. I found that I believe in taking care of our bodies with good nutrition and by preventing injury and disease instead of using medication as the first plan of action.
I found craniosacral & myofascial therapy when I was pregnant with my eight-year-old. I had shooting pain, while walking, when I was 7 months pregnant. My midwife recommended craniosacral and myofascial release. I had one treatment and my shooting pain was gone! My son had torticollis(only able to turn his head 1 direction) when he was born.
This took a little longer to correct, but CST and myofascial release was able to restore his range of motion. Fast forward to fall 2023 and I opened my business, Inspired Wellness.
I enjoy learning about nutrition, holistic and herbal medicine, mental and spiritual wellness, as well as continuing to learn new craniosacral and myofascial release techniques.
